Yes She Can is dedicated to enabling young women with autism develop job skills and workplace social skills to enable them to gain and sustain employment. We operate Girl AGain, a resale boutique for gently used American Girl dolls and all their accessories. We teach our trainees all aspects of running the store including preparing used merchandise for sale, customer interactions, sales, marketing, accounting, and store operations. We focus on the social skills, and we teach the hidden curriculum of behavior that is expected. The women have a safe place to practice. And young girls have a place to purchase American Girl dolls at prices they can afford.
