Event Planner Lauren Pasternack of Lauren Perry Events planned a memorable weekend to honor Bar Mitzvah boy Archie. The two-day celebration started in New York City at the family’s synagogue. After a beautiful service, there was a Kiddush luncheon that incorporated carnival themed decor elements.
The next day at the family’s home in Westhampton, New York, there was a kids’ carnival complete with a pie eating contest and a stilt walker. Consistent and clever branding using the guest of honor’s name, Archie, made both celebrations “all fun and games.”

Saturday: New York City Kiddush Luncheon Decor
After services, guests walked into the "Fun House" for a delicious luncheon
The seating cards resembled ticket stubs
The tables were covered with red and white checkered linens for the feel of a carnival tent. Floral centerpieces were placed in popcorn containers

Tables were set up on the deck which overlooked the water. Vintage posters used at the Kiddush luncheon were placed around the railing for all to enjoy again

Like a real carnival, guests could redeem prizes at the Redemption Center

Bar Mitzvah Favors
The favor bags were filled with branded neck pillows, playing cards, ear buds and bottled water
Each guest also received a stadium seat which was custom air-brushed
