Bottle Pop Party Company, an event planning firm outside of Philadelphia, recently planned a Parisian themed Bat Mitzvah for Ella.
Owner Shannon Wellington worked with the family, particularly Ella, in choosing the perfect theme to showcase her sophisticated and modern taste.
Decor and details included a color palette of hot pink, bright yellow and french blue, along with black and white stripes and a pink heart everywhere. There was also a bonbon shop, patisseries and a mime!
Everything was tres chic!

A hint of the theme in the invitation pictured here with the menu card. The Hebrew at the bottom means “We Adore Ella.”
The custom program for the service
As guests entered, they were greeted by this chalk stand which captured the feeling of the day
Window pane drink signage
A French vignette for the place cards, inspired by the famous love lock bridge, and a bicycle with flowers…very Parisian
Visitors flock to the Pont des Arts bridge to lock their love, so it was a perfect way to use Ella’s logo for the place cards
Signage explained the history of the bridge
The room decor was black and white stripes with hot pink napkin linens
A pink parasol was used on top of the flower arrangements with pink frames with table names such as the “Eiffel Tower”
We love the cheery arrangements in bistro containers
The black menu card popped on the hot pink napkin linen encouraging guests a “bon appetit”
A crepe station, of course!
A classic french mime greeted Ella, the guest of honor
Mime Pearl got into the dancing action
An “E” for all of Ella’s guests to sign
A faux storefront for Ella’s bonbon (sweets) candy shop
Ella’s Patisserie was beautifully staged
A Parisian themed party would not be complete without pastries
We want to thank Shannon Wellington of Bottle Pop Party for sharing this Paris themed party with our readers it was simply C’est Magnifique!
