Bar Mitzvah Boy’s Initials Inspire Clever Taglines at Unique Glow Mitzvah

Choosing a fun, clever Bar or Bat Mitzvah tagline can be as easy as looking at your child’s initials. For Ryan Finkelstein of New Jersey, “Ready For…” became the jumping off point for several creative graphics and logos, that when combined with bright green and LED decor, resulted in a unique “Glow” Mitzvah.

Following a Bar Mitzvah service, the reception was held at Meadowlands Racing and Entertainment, which offers multiple event spaces in one venue. The Finkelstein’s held Ryan’s cocktail hour on the Terrace Rooftop, with views of New York City, and the reception took place in the Trackside room which features an easy-to-transform open layout. Lisa Ivler Events utilized a black, white and neon green color scheme that had Ryan’s guests Ready For… plenty of fun!

Rooftop Cocktail hour

Guests were directed to the rooftop cocktail hour with a sign that introduced the party's bold graphics and color scheme

Ryan's friends were definitely Ready For fun as they made their way up the escalator to the event space

Glowing Reception

Oversized initials made of plaster greeted guests as they entered the reception

Friends "signed in" on this unique neon green locker, customized with the RF logo

A green glow was cast throughout the space; from floor to ceiling and accented at place settings

Centerpieces were designed with hydrangea, infinity candles, green lighting, and glow stick napkin rings

The kids' lounge was filled with LED furniture, black lounge sofas and custom pillows

For favors, Ryan's friends took home white or black logo hoodies with cozy sweatpants or flannels
